Melanie Segundo leads West Group Nursing’s clinical operations, workforce development, quality and compliance initiatives, strategic planning, and continued development of the company’s acute dialysis and therapeutic apheresis services.

Her leadership approach is grounded in the day-to-day realities of hospital specialty care: patient safety, staff readiness, responsive communication, strong interdisciplinary relationships, and measurable improvement.

As CEO, she works to ensure West Group remains clinically focused while continuing to strengthen the systems, people, and partnerships required to support dependable hospital-based specialty services.
